The first time I ever went inside a Tilted Kilt was in Green Bay. There's something magical about a girl wearing knee high socks, mary janes', a plaid bra...

 

and asking you if you would like some soup to "warm ya up" with an accent that sounds like she just got off of the set of Fargo.
