Shad said that the division lead being within sight on week 9 was a reason why they were staying?!?! We were two games back week 9. So in Shad's world accountability means being within  2 games or so of the division lead halfway through the season. I don't have any words for how stupid this is.

Naah, the best way to kill fan support is to announce you want to move to London. There's nothing nefarious here, I think Shad is just loyal to a fault. Hopefully there are some major staff changes on the defensive side of the ball at least.

Players always talk good about coaches in the media. How long have you been watching football?

That is not true. They either say nothing or if they have enough pull, they will openly bash a coach. Players don't ask for coaches to come back if they don't want to play for them. They might say they like them and they might not talk bad about them but they don't campaign for them to come back if they think they are a bad coach.
