I could see the Steelers (or some other team) taking Foles off of our hands with a low-round pick coming back, assuming the Jaguars eat a large chunk of his contract.

...which makes it unlikely, as the only reason to trade Foles is that contract. The dude might be the best backup QB in NFL history. It's not his fault that Minshew came in and lit it up.
