Looks like Teddy, other than skin color.. it's actually kind of weird how much he reminds me of Teddy.
Quote:They're calling Teddy 'a more mobile Tom Brady' then laughing aloud. They call Teddy 'Akili Smith Part 2' and then start chuckling.I literally lol'd out loud when you mentioned Akili Smith If Bridgewater had Smith's arm, We would be golden heck I don't know if we would have a chance at him
Quote:Looks like Teddy, other than skin color.. it's actually kind of weird how much he reminds me of Teddy.I think teddy looks a bit more refined and a stronger arm but besides that they are real similar I compared Bridgewater to a mobile Tom Brady, eye in the sky does not lie We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:If you don't understand how ridiculous that sounds on your own, it can never be explained to you. You're incapable of understanding why.So tell me pirks, whats ridiculous about it??? 1. Both have pocket have great presence 2. Both throw extremely well in the short to intermediate routes 3. Both are great anticipation thrower 4. Bridgewater is reported to have a borderline genius football mind 5. Both have great ball placement 6. Both play their best in key moments Need I go on?????? Whats ridiculous about it pirks?????
Here's a link to a example of Teddy Bridgewater's pocket presence.
Teddy Bridgewater Sack Fumble Safety - as you can see not only does Teddy lack pocket-presence he failed to read the obvious run-blitz peril in pre-snap. Bridgewater makes his fair share of mistakes. To ignore them is folly. Click the link in my signature, if you like. Then mulitple that times fifty. That's the number of sacks the Jaguars give up each year. That's too much abuse.

Quote:Here's a link to a example of Teddy Bridgewater's pocket presence.Wut??? Because a free rusher was coming to the LOS the second the ball was snapped Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers don't have pocket presence by your definition LULZ
Quote:Wut??? Because a free rusher was coming to the LOS the second the ball was snappedTeddy missed the blitz read in pre-snap. It's an elementary thing for an elite QB to do. You know if you play-fake at your own goal-line to suspect a run-blitz is already been called. Teddy shows right there that he has zero control over the offense.

Quote:By your definition Rodgers and Brady have no control over the offense as wellRodgers and Brady have the common sense to detect QB peril before the play happens.

Quote:You watch Brady's Michigan highlights and switch to McCarron's draft breakdown stuff, and taking into account the Brady video was good stuff only, this is the exact same guy. I came away more impressed with Kevin Norwood. This kid will be a nice pickup for someone. McCarron would be a fine later-round pick, but he panics more often than it appeared that Brady did. Quote:Love how the casual viewers are throwing out the McCarron-Brady comparisons completely neglecting the fact that McCarron has no pocket presence. That isn't completely true. It may not be on Bridgewater's level, but it isn't none existent either. I don't see a Bridgewater-Brady comparison. While I think Bridgewater has the best pocket presence in the draft (better than many current NFL QBs), he lacks velocity on his throws. This is Teddy's best asset. If he can translate this ability into the NFL, then he'll be successful. McCarron does a fine job moving around.
Quote:Here's a link to a example of Teddy Bridgewater's pocket presence. I'm not on the Teddy Bridgewater HOF train, but to say he doesn't have pocket presence is ridiculous. He's probably better than anyone in this draft (in regards to pocket presence). We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Quote:I came away more impressed with Kevin Norwood. This kid will be a nice pickup for someone.
