According to a draft pick value chart, the 19th pick minus the 73rd pick is about equal to the 28th pick.  So we would be getting the equivalent of the 28th pick.

Would I take that?  I wonder what we could get in a 2021 pick if we wait until after the draft.  If the Raiders don't have the cash, maybe some other team does.  And maybe they will look at their post-draft roster and realize they need a guy like YN more than they realized before the draft.

At this point I think that is the maximum compensation for Yan if we want draft capital for 2020. Seattle is trading back the 27th pick as they'd be an ideal candidate for Yan, so they're out of consideration.  Oakland is picking BAP at 12 and are willing to move the 19th pick to get back into the second round, that's where the third rounder comes in. The reality is,  the Jags have all the cards and it is looking more than likely that waiting for 2021 compensation will be more fruitful
