Actually looks pretty good from these highlights at UCONN -- seems to be able to get down the seam and also effective in the red zone. Not going to get much from his Georgia Tech grad transfer year since GT only throws the ball 3x per game.

Tobias Oliver lead GT in passing and was 0-1 for 0 yards. My son goes there so we watch all the games .... sure, i was being a bit sarcastic.
