Jaguars offseason predictions?
|
FA: OC Evan Dietrich-Smith (Packers) ....solid young vet, won't break the bank like Mack.
Draft: WR Mike Davis (Texas) ...4th-5th round, shined at senior bowl, good hands speed and routes. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Hence resigned to richest contract in team history. 60.15 million. 30.2 million guaranteed.

Quote:Hence resigned to richest contract in team history. 60.15 million. 30.2 million guaranteed. It would be funnier if Smiff was still here. Still made me chuckle. (Henne will likely be offered between $2.5 and $4 million per year in a 2 or 3 year deal, IMO.)
Quote:Predict a jaguars free agent signing and predict a jaguars draft pick in rounds 3-7. Please try to be realistic. I'm gonna predict Jags sign guard Jon Asamoah and draft De Aaron Lynch Usf in 6th round.3rd - 6th - special teams 7th rounds - punter, and the next player drafted will be Tom Bradys younger better brother. doooooommmED! Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster The Home Hypnotist! Media on the Brain Link! Quote:Peyton must store oxygen in that forehead of his. Mike Vick in free agency for about $3.75 million for a 1 year deal with an option.
Zach Mettenberger in the 3rd round. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Quote:You must have ignored the word "realistic" in the OP. The Jaguars know he fails the character test. I disagree. He actually fits the nasty style of play that Bradley was accustomed to in Seattle. Bottomline, we lack a nasty presence in the interior positions of our offensive line. With Meester now out, we'll have a need at Center. Supporting a new centerpiece with a mauler at G like Incognito makes more sense now than anything. And as far as "character". He's fixing to be on his best behavior for at least one season. Any team looking to make a play on him during FA is going to use that to their advantage. He knows that, and they know that. You won't have to break the bank to get him on your roster. At this point he's low risk/high reward. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? Quote:Mike Vick in free agency for about $3.75 million for a 1 year deal with an option. This but switch mettenburger with aaron Murray. Vick would be an instant upgrade if he can at least play in about 12/16 games.
Titansequaltrash aka my mini me. Follows me around like a cute puppy dog.
Quote:This but switch mettenburger with aaron Murray. Vick would be an instant upgrade if he can at least play in about 12/16 games. No Thanks. I'd take Mett any day over Murray
go get hardy pay him he is worth it. Go get Vick pure fan want but cheap and draft a qb mettenberger or murray. Throw in A top 5 free agent guard and center. Get which ever dt the seahawks dont keep and thurmond. It would be nice to get Byrd if the price is right. most importantly Mr first ballot hall of fame Clowney. who knows with all that we might not be in the Jameis winston lottery.
Vick in FA for a short deal, let him get a few more bucks before he leaves for good. Then Donte Moncrief in the 3rd. Trade back up and get Fales

We don't know this to be true Incognito and Michael Sam may or may not fail the character test.
FA - Danario Alexander, WR, San Diego Chargers
3rd Round, Zach Mettenberger, QB LSU
Free Agent Signing: Jon Asamoah
Mid-Round Draft Pick: Kelcy Quarles
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

"You do your own thing in your own time. You should be proud."
FA: Brian De La Puente, center for New Orleans
Mid Rounds- Anthony Steen G-Alabama, Chris Watt G-Notre Dame, Christian Jones ILB- FSU, and...my dream guy (who I think is the most underrated guy in the entire draft and a potential stud)...QB Aaron Murray-Georgia. I think we go guard/Oline heavy because gods knows we need some depth. I'm assuming we take Clowney at #3, and B.A.P. in round two. It's hard to pick a few guys since we have so many holes. Lets throw in a few more for fun, since we have holes everywhere: Ronald Powell LEO-UF, Keith McGill CB-Utah, Martavis Bryant WR-Clemson
BORTLES ISN'T A FRANCHISE QB. FOURNETTE WILL BE A BUST.
Quote:FA: Brian De La Puente, center for New OrleansI like Murray as the looked over qb. There is no way you pass on clowney. I dont know if Mcgill can actually play or he just fills the shoes really well but i would love to find out. Christian jones isnt even the best lb from florida state i d much rather have telvin smith. |
