I'm so sorry that I'm not a Colts fan on the Jags forum. You're so right. Andrew Luck has surpassed expectations of the best QB prospect of all time, and he makes Peyton look like a bum. Reggie and Mathis will be studs forever and Richardson was worth more than what y'all gave up. Colts are a dynasty in the making, but the AFCS is one of the most competitive divisions in football. If you can win the AFCS, you can win it all. Praise Luck! Suck Suck Hooray!

You do realize he only threw 9 INTs during the regular season, right?

 

Also, only 1 of his interceptions during the postseason was when the game was within 7 points. All the other times he had to force passes to get the Colts back into the game.

Also, isn't it weird that most 'experts' (yes, those who STUDY the game), claim Luck is in the top 10 (if not better) already?

Seems like a pretty good hire to me.  As long as they integrate him w/o any conflict/ego stuff amongst the hierarchy - he should be an asset I guess.

You're right.

 

Anyways, I'm not sure really on the hire. I don't think Pep or Chud will last very long here (not because they'll fail, but that they'll get a head coaching job elsewhere, or in Chud's case an offensive coordinator elsewhere). He could provide great insight to Luck and the offense, not sure how this could be a bad move, really.

Despite the stats, despite the picks, despite staring down his receivers and so on. Hell, even when he plays bad they try to spin it in a positive way on the broadcast. It's the media sheep routine. Same way they've been talking about us not being able to sell tickets despite not having been blacked out for years.

They also labeled Aaron Curry as the best player in his draft. Right now Luck has just been average enough to not make ESPN look foolish for their praise. They will ride that wagon till the wheels fall out.

Perhaps they actually watch the games and see that this Luck guy is pretty good. Nah, that makes too much sense. Much better to go with the conspiracy theory.

Problem with the people you mentioned and Luck, they watched them in the NFL and realized. How many people are still calling Gabbert & Curry good/great players? How many are saying that about Luck? Exactly.
