At this point they have to try. The issue is who holds now?

Damn Hauschka, cut him on the spot lol.

It was bad playcalling by Gruden before the first FG attempt, call it with 4 downs in mind and run more down there. FGs aren't going to cut it today.

3 pts., not 6. If JAX kicks the first FG HOU doesnt get the ball at their 20, thye receive a kickoff. Well, maybe it should have been 6 if Gruden calls a decent play instead of RB in the flat only 3 guys covering RB.
If Taylor not called for holding that 2nd FG try is good.

once again it's only three because if we had made the first one we would have been kicking off and probably wouldn't have gotten an interception... it's ridiculous that he missed a 20 yarder and couldn't get enough leg on a 47 yarder.. but realistically if we had been kicking off to them you can't say that we would have gotten an interception

Don't bring him back in the 2nd half.

He is not allowed on the team plane.   Make him walk home from Houston.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Play calling in the first half has been abysmal. What happened to Gruden? Minshew not helping by being mr happy feet. The positive outlooks from the Colts game are long gone.

CBS Halftime guys love DeShaun. No mention of Minshew.
Here we go again

The drive with the missed field goal was nice. He has done fine so far. He is just not good enough to elevate the bad team around him.

How does this change that after the kickoff they don’t call the same play and Smoot doesn’t tip it. You’re playing a purely hypothetical game here. Just stop. There’s no way to know. What if the Texans fumbled the kickoff and we scoop and score ? Hello?

I understand the frustration, but this game is going down to the wire. We’re not very good. You guys look better on both sides.

He was 8 for 8 on that TD drive. I get check downs can be frustrating but it's a big picture thing. Eventually LB's start covering that guy and opening other players up
