I agree, I couldn't take a government job and tell them, "actually, I'm not going to use y'all's server for email, I got my own."
Hillary got away with that.
But so did Colin Powell.
Punishing Hillary for something that was common practice before and during her time would be ex post facto. 
And yeah, obviously she also deleted a bunch of emails that should have been preserved but - unless you find those emails on someone else's machine, you can't prove that they were the kind that should have been preserved.

I'm talking about Attorney General William Barr.  Trump's man.  If he can't bring any charges against her, what does that tell you?  Are you saying Hillary Clinton is controlling Trump's Attorney General?  That would mean Hillary Clinton is more powerful out of office than Trump is in office.  Do you get what you are saying there?  He's free to charge her with a crime.  But he's not.  What does that tell you?
