Defense has been improving and considering where they started it is nice that some good coaches could really take advantage of going forward. 

Offense, meh this front office hasn't done much but luck into a gem undrafted guy. They have drafted and developed an average offensive line, injured TE and a guy that was exciting until the coaching set in at QB. 

Team has potential above the 1 and 7 record but really everything is pretty awful when you look at the job done since ownership changed.

Chris Claybrooks has been great on ST's, really like him as a core depth guy that can contributed in the third phase
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense! 
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
