Yep.

I wonder if they will consider Baalke for the job or if they will go outside of the organization.

Tony wants the job but wasn't ready and was supposed too be learning. Not sure what he was learning as he seemed to busy ruining other sports teams.

Good that he is gone, but who is going to replace him? Is it really going to be an upgrade?

Tony isn't serious about football. If he was, he wouldn't be promoting a D league wrestling gig.

It's a weird year with so many vacancies but I think what makes our vacancy standout is our draft capital.

They need not wait and hire new GM asap. Start the interviews now if possible. Have to start fires and hires to be prepared for next draft and season.

I don't look for any other changes till the GM is hired...he will want his own people. This should be a attractive place now as a bunch of picks in the draft and a bar so low you can step over it for a few years.

Can we hire Donald Trump to tell Caldwell "You're Fired!"

This is a good call. Atlanta and Detroit both have GM positions available and im not sure the Jets and Giants don't clean house. Makes sense to get out early, identify 'your guy' and move mountains to get him. No point waiting until Black Monday and fighting everyone else.

I approve. Getting a new GM is far more important than getting the #1 overall pick or anything else.

The problem is they can't unless they are looking at unemployed candidates. They can certainly get names ready and contact agents to lineup interviews, but they can't interview until the season ends.

They brought Baalke in from the 49ers about a year or so ago.  He helped to build them into a Super Bowl team.

What if we hired stellar FO personnel AND landed a stadium deal?

Be still, my foolish heart.
