If the Jaguars stay atop the Trevor Lawrence sweepstakes, they definitely would be more likely to get one of the top general manager candidates as well as head coach. Quality free agents would also be more drawn to Jacksonville than before. Money is always their top priority, but going to a winning team matters a lot also. I would think receivers and tight ends would love the idea of having Trevor Lawrence throwing to them.
If we land #1 and get TLAW... We should just send the next 1st rounder and next years #1 for Belichick and call it a day.

I really hope Belichick still pissed at the Jets and the cheatriot way comes into play. Being in their division and the bills and Dolphins not too shabby, why let a rival get their QB of the future? He’ll still be a HOF coach but man, with Brady, Gronk and others gone it’s just mediocre. C’mon bill! Cheat for yourself and the Jags!!! I posted that not knowing the Jets had actually won a game. According to various reporters on Twitter including Adam Scheftner Louis Riddick will be interviewing for the GM job with the Jags tomorrow.
We should have our pick of the litter.

If we keep the #1 pick, even Louis Riddick couldn't screw that up. Ryan Grigson was a moron and even he knew to draft Andrew luck. We show less advertisements to registered users. Even if we manage to screw up our #1 draft pick position, it's still a plum job.
What also comes with the job is low expectations and no media bashing. Caldwell was a damn HOF GM in the eyes of the media.

And, in my opinion, getting the right GM is just as important for our long term future as getting Trevor Lawrence. A good GM can figure out the QB position, and build us a winning team, with or without TL. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.
