I understand helmet to helmet will always get flagged, but if the bears player is leaning forward and dipping his head/shoulders it's kind of hard to avoid hitting their helmet unless you open your body as a defender to get speared by their crown

Well looks like we don't have to worry about the Jaguars today. Just have to worry about a Jets collapse, but they're up 17 and driving.
