Nothing useful is ever contributed on this thread. It has devolved into name calling and bashing the other side. It's just a part of the forum where people go to get out their frustrations without offering any real solutions, much like our actual government.

Ever?  This is or it was my favorite place to come for civilized discussions from opposing views.  The election of Trump certainly changed a lot of things.  He is polarizing to be sure and I hope in the near future some genuflecting occurs.  I believe it was Lucky or perhaps America that stated the democrats for the first time ever faced an opposition that did not roll over and used the same tactics the left has been using for 20 years against them.  The irrational hatred for all things Trump the past 4 plus years would certainly make for an awesome discussion but I don’t see that happening any time soon.

I've stated my case on it many times. 

Cheating people out of their money is integral to his business model. 

When I lived in NYC he was on the local news about once every 6-8 weeks for some lawsuit or the other wherein he refused to pay someone what they were owed. 
Contractors, engineers, architects, various vendors that provide goods or services for his assorted properties - many of them would go unpaid then offered pennies on the dollar for what their actual contract stated. If they didn't accept, he'd have his team of lawyers hold the case up in court until the plaintiffs could no longer afford the legal fees to continue fighting for their hard earned money. 

I personally know of a piano company in NYC that was forced out of business after he never paid them for the pianos he "leased" from them for his failed casino in A.C. -- and there are dozens more just like that example. 

This is plenty on its own to despise the shady grifter, but he's done nothing but add to the long list of grievances since. 

Very glad enough Americans came to their senses about his nature to vote him out.

I didn't arrive at any conclusion in my post - therefore it can't be "wrong" as you suggest. 

I asked a question. I offered no conclusion. 

How did we wind up where? In a place where corporations make careful decisions about their marketing?

What Trump did for me as a President was put extra money in my pocket through business tax reductions and through my 401k and greatly reduce unemployment for many Americans especially black, latino and women..

Good.  Perhaps Corporations should think twice about what they are saying. Stick to marketing your product instead of producing some form of shock advertisement that pushes the boundaries.   Thank God for google because i actually thought boundaries was spelled boundries.  lol

And therein lies the problem. Woke society has everyone so hypersensitive that no one knows where the boundaries lie. People who cry about being offended aren’t really personally offended, but feel they must speak out for those who they think might be offended. 

For me to be offended takes a pretty deep cut. I honestly believe the same applies to most people. But wokeness demands adherence to the offended 
dogma to attack those they see as idealogical opponents. It’s an ever-narrowing strategy which eventually consumes its own.
