Just because they say that doesn't mean it's true. His 'short, lateral tosses', which to me mean 5 yards or less, equal a smaller % than any of the top 4 QBs in this class.

His stats are actually close to Andrew Luck or Peyton Manning's career college numbers than Ganz and anyways stat comparisons mean almost nothing when deciding how successful someone will be in the pros.

It's quite relevant.  High percentage completions, high TD to INT ratio, similar yardage and YPA.

 

In no way am I saying Ganz is anywhere near Ted's caliber.  In fact, the opposite is the very point of what I'm saying.  How can you be so certain of how good you believe he truly is when a guy like Ganz can put up similar results in Watson's system?
