For Garrapolo, I keep coming back to Chad Pennington, but I don't think Garrapolo is going to be as polished as Chad. Tony Romo is too easy of a choice, but it doesn't seem like Garropolo has Romo's arm. I'll stick with Pennington though. Thoughts?
