Physicality was never part of Brady’s makeup or game execution. Look up his combine picture.

Brady’s secret to his success and longevity is smarts and technique. He executes quickly and precisely. Plus the fact Belichick always kept a wall in front of him.

When I say "gym rat", I don't mean someone who works out in the weight room, I'm talking about somebody who constantly practices and hones their craft. From dawn to dusk and then some. Just dedication. I think Brady was that guy just because of the reason you mentioned, he didn't have a lot of natural physical talent.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

What's your problem with Shipley?

He probably gives out the best Jags stuff right now and certainly has better takes than you.

Bu, bu, buh..... he didn't play!

Urban was saying that the defense really couldn't compete, but that next week everyone is full go.

While I remain excited about TL, that revelation puts his early performance in context.

I want to see how everyone performs next week.

Yup the secondary/defense wasn't able to play any press coverage, everything was off coverage and they weren't allowed to break on the ball.

We should get a much better look next week.

On one hand, it's good to give the offense a head start over the defense because they need to get into a rhythm, on the other hand it's got to be so frustrating for those DBs to not be able to do their job fully.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

I am stoked we have TL, but I get a little nervous: He is holding onto the ball for longer than I think our line can give him in many of these clips.

This cannot be determined within The Underware League. Allow it to materialize throughout next week and the pre-season before making such accessments.

Time Will Tell.

I’ve noticed that as well.  Seemed like he had all day to let things develop.  Pitch and catch.  I’m sure TL will be fine.  May take a year or so before he’s the guy we all want him to be.  At least help is on its way!

Brandon Linder:

"I was really excited about that, ecstatic about that," Linder said of Warhop returning under new Head Coach Urban Meyer. "Coach 'Hop' is probably one of the best offensive line coaches I've had, helps me improve my game and I know what he does for those guys as well.

"And it's more than just football. It's about life and how to be men and it's just a different relationship with him than I've had with any offensive line coach. I am super excited that they kept him and now we're just picking up where we've left off."

Outside of winning a Super Bowl, I never want to see TL and Dilfer in the same sentence again.   Laughing
