Third playbook in three years correct? Honestly he is done here. His best plays are improvising. Line can't protect him and the plays break down too quickly.
Great guy, HECK of a worker but this team can't do anything to help lift him up.

Minshew is a great guy and if he were to go into coaching, I believe he would be successful, but he's just not an NFL QB. He holds onto the ball too long, is indecisive and just doesn't have the arm talent. He was thoroughly outplayed for the backup job by C.J. Beathard and Jake Luton showed enough upside to keep him on the P.S.
Why is the third string QB talking? The stache looked horrible. Thank God we don’t have to rely on him!

Nice guy, but if you send your d-ends deep and clog the middle the guy will have to either throw a quick out or run around in the backfield and into a sack.
