Other than that one catch in the last game, he has basically done nothing his entire career. He has straight line speed and that's basically his entire game. Here's the updated breakdown of the roster moves made by the Jags:
Waived CB Lorenzo Burns, WR Jalen Camp, DT Doug Costin, WR Jeff Cotton Jr., RB Nathan Cottrell, TE Tyler Davis, TE Ben Ellefson, WR Josh Hammond, WR Collin Johnson, WR Tevin Jones, QB Jake Luton, OL KC McDermott, RB Devine Ozigbo, OL Austen Pleasants, DB Brandon Rusnak, OL Badara Traore, OL Tre'Vour Wallace-Simms and LB Quincy Williams Released WR Pharoh Cooper, WR Phillip Dorsett II, OL Jermaine Eluemunor, WR Devin Smith, WR Laquon Treadwell and S Jarrod Wilson Placed S Josh Jones on Reserve/Injured Placed LB Dylan Moses on Reserve/Non-Football Injury
WOW.... Wilson gone. Definitely didn't see that one coming. Cooper gone too.
Tyron Johnson was released by the Chargers. I wonder if we scoop him up. He’s a 4.34 guy, deep threat, and is young. Fits a Meyer mold.

A lot of guys I expected to make the team like Collin Johnson, Doug Costin, Quincy Williams (not so much him), Jarrod Wilson, Jalen Camp, and Tyler Davis. But no real surprises. In a way I’m surprised they went Wingard over Wilson

Cutting wilson and keeping wingard is interesting. I don't like cutting ozogbo and keeping ogunbawale. Also don't like the cutting of Johnson. I really thought he was a nice developmental big bodied reciever.

I don't know who I'm missing but I can only find 52 guys now.
Notable is that they kept Lerentee McCray, Dakota Allen, Chapelle Russell. Also notable both Thomas and WIngard are retained.

I was done with him when in his first or second year he was part of the group of DB's that went out at 4am during the London trip & ended up causing an incident/detained by law enforcement (Barry Church, Ronnie Harrison, DJ Hayden, Jarrod Wilson). He's average at best, does nothing that stands out, has no ST's value and has been part of the culture problem facing this team since the luster of 2017 fell off. Rayshawn Jenkins & Andre Cisco are vast improvements over Wilson. Being honest i'd play Daniel Thomas before him too.
Championship Formula:
1) Draft Trevor Lawrence! 2) Play good physical Defense! 3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy! 4) ??? 5) Blank #2 6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!! We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

They can't handle that guy being on the roster. Plenty of other players are bad too but there's something about him that's different from almost all the other guys on defense that makes people go crazy... I can seem some of these guys being brought back to the practice squad. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

How are Bryan and Wingard still part of the team? They are like STD's. You just can't get rid of them, no matter how bad they are.

Urban's background as a ST's coach is factoring in heavily here I think. if you're not in the starting 11 on Offense or Defense; I have a strong hunch that ability to contribute on ST's and be a core 4 guy is more desirable to UM & co. than being a slightly better backup. Our coverage and blocking on kicks has been putrid for quite a few years now, glad to see an emphasis put on that third of the roster.

But hey, he’s cut so maybe you’re a mad genius |
