Jags Sign Hollister

We're still probably the worst TE corps in the league, but it's closer than it was. Good pick up.

BUT, there's one thing that I'd like to point out w/respect to our existing TEs. Manhertz and O'Shaughnessy has been an Very Good receiving TE via. the passes of TL16. Don't under estimate these two while Hollister has had "the Dropsies" the past two years.I don't think Hollister is going to set the world on fire but he significantly helps the TE room and gives the Jags some depth.
I know he is more of a move TE, but isn't TE one of the hardest positions to learn the playbook because of all the checks and timing based on protections and defense fronts/looks?
Didn't he get to Seattle after D. Bevell? How long will it take him to pick up a completely different playbook without any reps?

I am guessing they release one of the DE/OLB, like Patrick, and move him to the practice squad following waivers. However, they do not need to make this type of move as yet, as Tavon Austin's move to IR opened up a spot on the 53 for now.

They could carry 4 TEs if they really want by cinching the belt at OL,DL or DB, but Farrell to PS is probably a more likely scenario.

He'll probably be our best route running TE to help stretch the field but he may be limited within the Red Zone. I pray that I'm incorrect about this. Time Will Tell. NH3...
