Where is the hold? unless the NFL wants the texans to not go 0-17 so they're giving them every advantage

Ok.. this is absolutely ridiculous. Even with the worst offensive line of all time they wouldn't have this many holds. Why is there so much bias by the refs? That one on Taylor was complete crap.
