I honestly don't have a problem with the videos, but I do have a problem with the HEAD COACH of a NFL team not going home with the team on the team plane. Doesn't matter 0-4 or 4-0 that's just not what your HC should be doing. Think about the message that sends to the players. Sends the message that everybody can do whatever they want post game, who cares if u go home with the team. Go out, have fun. That's a terrible message to send, it's not a professional move what so ever from the man in the most important leadership position of this organization.

I'm glad he didn't push her away, I think that would be worse for his image if he put his hands on and pushed some young girl in public on video, whether in an aggressive or non-aggressive manner. Probably should've just got up and walked away or turned around, but he was obviously drunk and not really thinking clearly. His social status, ownership of the business and the possibility of a setup are all irrelevant.  The point is he could have and should have handled the situation differently.  If he can't discipline himself, how do you expect him to discipline the team?

The pathetic ones in all this aren't those who are critical of the missteps of the head coach, but rather the one who doubles down that nothing is wrong when almost everyone else can plainly see that there is.

I get the video..but you weren't there you don't know the situation and it was a very short clip.... Could be, could also not be. Who knows if they have a history. Who knows what was said. I can't really make an opinion on something like that without knowing the facts. So at the moment, I don't have an issue on what Urban likes to do for "fun". However again, him not returning home with the team as a HC is something that is absolutely unheard of. Totally unprofessional. He's not in it. This confirms that to me. Of course Khan will keep him around for [BLEEP] years until he realizes he isn't in it. There is a difference between a player going out missing the team plane and the damn head coach.
