I honestly don't have a problem with the videos, but I do have a problem with the HEAD COACH of a NFL team not going home with the team on the team plane. Doesn't matter 0-4 or 4-0 that's just not what your HC should be doing. Think about the message that sends to the players. Sends the message that everybody can do whatever they want post game, who cares if u go home with the team. Go out, have fun. That's a terrible message to send, it's not a professional move what so ever from the man in the most important leadership position of this organization.

Thank you, this is my main issue. The guys getting paid $12m a year, he can fly back with the team then hop on a plane back to Ohio if thats what he wants to do. To just send the team off after a tough L and see you in a few days, its a bad move by him. 

The bar staff is dumb and he just needs to be smarter about social media and the fact he is an NFL HC now makes this a story but im not calling for him to get fired for the bar stuff.

Meh. Seems relatively mild by today's standards. I noticed he was covering his crotch while that chick was grinding on him. Not saying the dude is a saint, but, I mean, this is mild unless something more comes out. The second post makes me think this young lady is just looking for her 2 seconds of fame.

He's stuck in a bad situation. This woman is grinding on him but what is he going to do, jump up and push her away? I think he does the best thing he can think of and just cover the area of offense with his hands. 

I think the locker room will appreciate this.

I look at this video the same way I did the other ones. It's none of my business what he does in his private life as long as it's not illegal and everyone is consenting. I just want to see him win football games. It's not a good look though and is causing a distraction to this team. We should be concentrating on winning our first game and it appears like he has his head somewhere else.

It would go a long way toward winning me over, especially if they sweep them. Just win, then no one will question if he's working hard and focusing on what matters most for an NFL head coach.

That said I think there probably are some people that legitimately just don't like him and it's about something other than his performance who will wait for the next opportunity to howl regardless.
