Excellent analysis.  Gus got too much time and so did marone but you dont over correct and not give a new coach enough time just because of some cry baby fans are in a panic

Dude is already mentally tired and it's week 4. That's pretty incredible...... Even for Urban standards.

It's only week 4, we're facing our biggest rival who has one of Urban's biggest personal rivals as head coach, and we have a bye in 2 more games where he could have multiple days to get a mental break. Really crazy that he decided to treat now as his near breaking point.

In this case the adjective is what's called an attributive adjective. It's being used in the genitive sense. The Jags have homers. So, Jaguar's homers.

Actually after thinking about it, it probably should be expressed as Jaguars' homers.

But hell, I'm not an English major so maybe you're right.

Really?

Horrible human does not equal horrible coach. 

I think it's a bit early to say he's a horrible coach. His style maybe won't translate to the NFL level but we can see the team is getting better each week. I don't expect them to go 0-17 and if they do I expect a new HC next year. 

However, a 5-12 or 6-11 team with most wins during the second half of the season is realistically the best we could have hoped for with any HC. In that case I don't see a problem with Meyer leading the team next season.
