Looks like those who were sounding the alarm on Meyer in the off-season were right. I really wanted to buy-in and believe we were getting a proven winner who would finally turn this franchise around. But character is consistent. Not a good man. And also not mentally tough.

Shad won’t have to fire him. Dude is a quitter. He will quit by the end of the year.

I don't think Upper is trying to be funny I think he thinks he's better than a handful of us. His moral compass is true north.

And not sure why me using a well known phrase is being weird but okay. My point was he can keep hoping all he wants but it won't change anything. People are allowed to have opinions on the matter as much as he and the fact that he's trying to attack people by saying they shouldn't be married or have kids is idiotic. Especially since this woman is no frickin child.

If she was backing that [BLEEP] up on me I likely would have responded similarly to Urban to be real. Maybe not exactly as he did with the hand in between the legs by the crotch... but yeah I've been in a situation with a woman "grind dancing" on me. I've never made a big deal about it since it happened. The bigger issue for me as a Jaguar fan is as many others have pointed out. He's not a good coach, we didn't want him in the offseason (because he has a history of things like this and worse), and with your team at 0-4 you decide to not be with the team.

Urban the person has never been what I'd consider a "good dude" and so this whole story with this woman was very UNsurprising to me.
Being bad at your job and then bailing on the team to party after losing 4 in a row was a little surprising. Like... wow.

This thread has no devolved into a stand off between posters with some claiming some moral high ground and it's really laughable that there are so many saints in here judging a grown man for doing, well grown man things. And to pretend this woman is some sort of victim is the most laughable of all and so very 2021.

I saw a video on YouTube that showed a picture of a girl who worked for a firm that Urban hired I think to remodel his restaurant. I couldn't tell if it was the same girl but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.
