Undrafted in 2019, just 25 years old with 4.3 speed, and the Jags are the 6th NFL team to give him a shot.  With his lack of playing time here, a team desperate to stretch the field, it appears the Chargers let him go for a reason, also.  I bought into the hype when the Jags picked him up.  What has happened to this guy?  What is his issue keeping him from the field?

the only thing I can recall hearing about him before and as we signed him was "deep ball threat". I'd venture that the team is looking for more than a one-trick pony when they are choosing the 46 to suit up (or whatever the gameday roster limit is any more).

I think you missed the point, he has to be so dumb that he can't make it on a NFL roster with that speed. I'm talking worse than Taven.

No I didn't miss the point. My post was very sarcastic.
You don't put a guy on the field and tell him forget the playbook just run fast.

I was making fun of more good nuggets by a certain poster who I think I'll spend the entire season pointing out his idiocy. He constantly points out these idiot coaches know better than us but now that this guy isn't getting more snaps they're doing something wrong.

That website is almost always inaccurate with depth charts, just FYI. 

However, with the injuries at the position, only Austin or Treadwell would be able to compete at the #4 spot with Johnson behind Jones, Viska & Agnew.

Why cant the jags just send this guy on decoy routes at least. I'm sure the defense will think its bomb time and that can open up the offense even more. Then finally when the deffense relaxes up, you actually throw this guy the bomb. Boom bam jag attack!

Why can't they find a serviceable TE before week 4?
Why can't they evaluate their own RB room until week 3? 
Why can't they realize they "need to work on scramble drills" with a rookie QB prior to the friggin bye week?
Why can't they position the free safety in the same zip code as the rest of the secondary?
Why did it take them 3 weeks to figure out a rookie QB might be better off with some high percentage pass plays balanced into the play calls? 
Why did they acquire a bunch of man-to-man secondary players only to send most of them packing and switch to a primarily-zone defense after they realized via losses that they didn't have the horses to play man? 

I have some answers. But you don't want to hear them.
