Now I am curious to see how the coaches and players rebound for the final four games. UM’s on and off the field behavior/decisions contributed heavily to the product on the field on game day, so many to list in only 11 months. The team should’ve had a few more wins this season. I’m not advocating for keeping any of the coaches but how much were they part of the problem in regards to player management and development. 

Looking forward to Jaguar football in 2022 as this had to be the worst 3-4 consecutive seasons in team history. Only difference this time around is that Lawrence may be the one piece that has alluded this team, a franchise QB. Finding a head coach to bring in all the resources to continue his development as a player and a person will be the most important decision this off season.

Just watched the lambo interview. I wonder if Meyer was ruining him too. I know Wright played decent, but his leg strength is questionable. Maybe we should give lambo another shot? lol I know, grabbing at straws. But his interview said a lot….

Honestly, this is more of a test of Shad's character than Urban's at this point. Urban has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he needs to be fired the second the season ends (if not earlier). There really is no more weighing or debating that needs to be done with him.

Thank you Shad for passing this character test. Now please go full measure this time. No holdovers (sorry Cullen that means you too begrudgingly...but if the new HC really wants to keep you you're the only tolerable one to hold over).

While this was definitely needed, I can't help but feel disheartened again by the dysfunction and constant change that takes place with the Jags. It's hard to be good when you're constantly rebuilding and cycling coaches in and out.

That tells me that Khan thinks Meyer lied about some things.  With the latest lie being that he didn't kick Josh Lambo back in August.  And that, in turn, tells me that he might be going for the dreaded "contract violation."

Doug Marrone led the Jaguars to an AFC Championship Game and was probably a highly questionable officiating call from taking the Jaguars to the Super Bowl.
