Talk about just flinging it against the wall and seeing what sticks.

Still he'd be MUCH better than what we have here right now.

As the link states, Vick will be linked to every QB-needy team.

Minnesota, Houston, us, the Jets, etc

Having said that, I'd take him but only as a bridge guy.

As said before....the only way this makes sense in my eyes, is if the Jags plan on drafting Johnny Manziel. This way, if one gets hurt, the offense doesn't need to change drastically to fit the other's skill set.

Otherwise, I don't want to see this guy as a Jaguar.

Vick can't go a quarter without having something break, pop, or tear

In 2010, when John Schneider took over as GM for the Seattle Seahawks he had a draft mysteriously similar to Caldwell's 2013 draft.

Russel Okung LT 6th overall, Earl Thomas S 14th overall,  Golden Tate WR 60th overall, Kam Chancellor S 133rd overall

In 2011, he signed #7 Tavaris Jackson

so ...

I'm sure that the Jaguars are interested in any Quarterback, given that re-signing Henne isn't a given.  If Henne gets an offer somewhere else that Caldwell doesn't think he's worth, then we're stuck with Insane-Blaine if we don't find someone else.  Seems like common sense to me.  I think Vick's best days are behind him, and he won't be able to stay healthy.  He's an upgrade from Henne, but probably not worth the money he'll pull on the market.  But if it's between Vick and Gabbert, I think it'd be Vick.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Is having no news on Henne's contact negotiations at this point a good or bad sign for him returning?

I'd rather have Josh McCown than Vick.

Indifferent, but I'd be happy about anyone other than our current starting QBs.

Vick will only be linked to our Jaguars only and if Henne (Cough, Cough) isn't resigned... We definately need to add youth to ALL positions of the roster. I like Vick but I'd rather draft two QBs rather than acquiring one Vick... In addition to, if the Jaguars are Seriously Interested in Vick it details how we'll draft in 2014...
