No, but ambulance delays can happen in any country.

We should have a Tea Party system. Where if you don't have enough money the ambulance goes to rich people first.

No but we need to do something about this system it’s broken beyond repair to me insurance is the biggest problem it inflates prices and does nothing to control cost
