"The defendant calls to the Stand Gus Bradley and Doug Marrone."
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Rich Eisen is pretty good at that stuff.

Common sense takes in a PC time.

Urb had pretty much lost any respect and dignity that he had left throughout the season last year so he pretty much has nothing to lose ... might as well pursue payment.

Sorry, Gigi.  Weren't you supposed to release some sort of kraken upon us?
Yet another empty promise from clan Meyer

Thing is, there is a laundry list of cause.
And I'm quite confident that every last party who went public with their dirty laundry would be willing to provide similar statement to assist the case.

I agree there is a lot but you have to document all of it. It's not just hearsay or feelings, it has to be documented, you have to notify them of their actions, and allow improvement. There are reasons it takes forever to fire someone. The same things exist in the NFL and it's why coaches are very rarely fired for cause. Everyone hating Meyer isn't a cause to fire him unless you have documented his inappropriate behavior and complaints. I doubt a NFL team is allowing anything to be documented about coaching styles.

This will end up being settled because the alternative is worse for the NFL than the owner paying millions out.

The NFL and Jags don't want to show they knew there was a problem and there are paper trails. If they show that, they admit they knew there were issues, players were being abused/battered/etc and they ignored it or brushed it off, they cut a player who complained, and more unknown stuff. All that stuff hurts Meyer but it really hurts the NFL and the Jags more.

No, it doesn't.

The NFL and the Jacksonville Jaguars are basically red giant stars and Urban Meyer is an ant. A meaningless insect.

They will crush him, embarrass him and leave him metaphorically dead in a gutter.
