I lost money on that game. I won about 700$ though on the Dolphins and Jags the week before though so its all good

That was in 1968, long enough ago (54 years, 3 months longer than I've been breathing oxygen into my lungs) to let it go.

But the Eagles were 2-11 at the time, and it was the final game of a really bad season. The "Santa Claus" was (by a lot of reports) a drunk fan that they pulled out of the crowd at the last minute. That man actually just passed away a few years ago.

But I understand, it's a funny thing to harp on.
