The Jaguars deserved to lose today against the Texans.

Jags beat themselves

Bad play from Trevor most notably

Several other contributors with costly mistakes too

Can't win by just moving the ball

Gotta score

Really poor showing by the offense in critical moments - and getting away from ETN when he was ripping off 7 yards per carry and more on little swing passes was just silly play calling - They should have miked that till the well was dry and Houston figured out how to stop it

Where do you see Trevor’s future? I mean that genuinely, as I value your analysis post-game day.

That's a question for at the end of the season, not week 5.

His opinion is typically wrong so idk why you would care.

Well, today was a big step back after weeks 2 and 3.

At this point in his short career in the NFL, We've seen him play really well in a bad situation, We have seen him play really poorly in a bad situation, seen him play very well in a better situation, and play very poorly in a better situation. He has a wide disparity of performances on tape.

I think how well and how often he is able to play well in this "better situation" Will be how we measure his future. Too soon to know.

I'm inclined to think he'll be able to figure out how to be more consistent with the above average performances.

And this is why you are viewed as a troll. Not because you express contrary opinions but you do so in a blunt manner at best

Team deserved getting their [BLEEP] kicked today if this was the case. They have no business overlooking anybody. Especially not a Division game.

No. Sounds like their pride and feelings are more hurt than anything and reality is sinking in. They're still a long way off from being deserving of being ranked within the top ten, possibly, top sixteen of the entire league.

Watch what happens when they get smacked around on the road next weekend. They probably get shut out this time. I think they'll be lucky to win five or six games now.

Better than last two years. Still leaving more doubts than actual hope going into 2023 though. It is what it is.

After baking in the sun today while listening to these idiots behind me YELL TALKING the entire game as the Jags deconstructed in front of my very eyes has put me in a mood where I don't even want to watch another football game tonight. But I will. It's the Bengals and Ravens. How can you not watch that?

I don't know what's worse, rooting for a team you know sucks, or one that is Jekyll and Hyde.

I don’t think you can fix stupid. 3rd and 20. You rush offside, then , after the whistle blows you grab the QB and throw him to the ground. I guess an IQ test is not part of the evaluation process because the Jags seem to attract more than their fair share of illiterate football players.

Did Travon get any press questions after the game? I honestly didn't understand that play at all.

I'll attribute that to youth and frustration. I'm confident he'll never do it again.

You can't be serious with this [BLEEP].

The Jags locker room is chock full of bright young players right now.

Moreso than has ever been the case.

Pass rushers get roughing penalties. Some of them are more blatant than others. This one came at a really, really bad time.

Was definitely out of frustration. I don't think that'll be a trend with him. Especially since he'll probably be getting a letter in the mail from the league saying they'll be taking a few $$$$$ from him as well.

Agree, the Falcons got called for roughing Brady with what looked like a pretty routine sack. Happened at a pretty critical time in the game too. Of course, that IS Brady....
