Enjoy the ride of the rebuild man. We're probably a .500 team realistically (which could still win this not very good division)

Not sure Bartch is a huge missing piece. Shat should fill in fine. Missing MJJ is a hit to the wr corp but we should have Zay Jones so don't think that's a terrible deal either. Foley being out is tough for our run D....

Anyone talking about how a win shouldn't be celebrated should probably just go watch paint dry.

I predicted, and still do, 6-8 wins, but I expected our struggles to come against good teams. The Houston game was a certified goat rope. It's one thing to hone your skills against teams with better talent. It's another to lay a Gus Bradley dookie in the middle of the field against a winless team.

I'm onboard the improvement train, I just didn't expect it to derail so spectacularly, thus aggravating my Battered Fan Syndrome. 5 games of Doug Pederson coaching isn't going to overcome more than a decade of relentless disappointment.

Now get off my lawn!

I would like to see Tim Jones today, too. However, Pederson seems to prefer Agnew over Tim Jones and he's not wrong.

I like Agnew in the slot and Jones on the outside

Why do they keep Snoop Conner on the roster when he’s inactive every game? If a RB other than JRob or ETN is used, they trot out Hasty. Curious deal.

Conner didn't look ready in Preseason and we need him if JRobe gets hurt

I think maybe they're having a hard time admitting to themselves that they missed on the pick.

Might be a little early in the rookie's career to write him off IMO.

Many scenarios exist wherein he contributes meaningfully.

I still contend they took him primarily because he provided insurance when they were headed into an offseason with two injured RBs. Which seems like a reasonable move to me.

Of course I may be wrong and he's just not good, but it feels very early to determine that IMO.

Using Hasty seems like a clear extension of Pederson's gadget page from the playbook. They seem to like and trust his ability to outrun defenders to the sideline and turn upfield. I think every play he's seen has been something designed that way along with some pre-snap motion to get defenders leaning the wrong way.

They should have taken Pierce instead of Muma.

My emotions are on My Sleeves today. I don't give predictions BUT of course I want Our team to add to the W/Column to say the least. We're banged up on defense to which ALL players on the injury list are questionable. Play good D and avoid the turnovers and we'll have a good game.

Time Will Tell.

Same. Agnew's speed from the slot is something I feel you have to respect as a defender. He can take a route outside and deep, cut inside on a slant or take a back step and catch a screen and go. Jones I like more as a guy that can work his way back to the ball and play around the sidelines on those out routes.

We just hung a big fat L from one of the worst teams in the league and now we're only hoping for a win against a team we've already shut out.  Even if we do manage to beat them again, it will be a giant 'meh'.

The exhausting Jaguars yo-yo ride continues.

Really?  I don't feel this way at all.  You were more excited during the many games over the last three years where we were heavy underdogs and completely out of playoff contention?  The odds makers have this game close.  We're a 1.5 point under dog.  How do we need a dominant win to make it feel good?  I'll be very happy with any type of win.

The game is also big from a record and playoff stand point.  Being 3-3 is much better than being 2-4.  Because the Titans have a bye week, we can't take over first place in the division, but a win today would put us in second place and only a half game behind the leader.  Division games are also important for tie breakers.  Because of head-to-head, we would also wrap up the tie breaker advantage over the Colts.  It's also a big game from a potential wild card contention.  The AFC has a lot of teams close.  Depending upon how today's games play out, a win for the Jaguars could potentially put them in one of the wild card spots.  Most NFL games are big and this one is no exception.  I'm excited.

Yeah, I just got out of Church myself. Bishop needs to tone it down during the away games. Home Games isn't an issue at all.
