That pass that Ryan just got off was caused by the stupid rules for roughing the passer. The Jags look so scared to hit the QB hard and are looking to just knock the ball down or barely hit the QB.

Yeah but I seem to remember Gus being touted as a good up-and-coming HC before he was exposed during his tenure with us.
