I'm becoming less convinced every game that he's the future. He has the physical tools, but he just doesn't have it between the ears. I think he allows mistakes to grind away at him which creates more mistakes and it snowballs from there. Maybe getting him to a sports psychologist might help.

We've givin QB's who weren't supposed to be "generational talent" longer time to try to develop.

I hear ya on all counts but letting him get away and then having him develop into a great QB would be about the most Jaguar thing ever.
