certainly not a good development.  crazy to think people throw away millions of dollars because of a lack of self control.  I pity him.

All I see in that picture is someone IN a club setting, but no alcohol in HIS hand, and to be honest he doesn't really look intoxicated. He looks like he's having a good time, yes.

I gave up on him after his indefinite suspension. It's a shame. I remember watching him play in college, knowing with 100 percent certainty that he'd be a superstar, Brandon Marshall type receiver in the NFL.

If he's not drinking/ using drugs, then theres nothing wrong with it. I know people who are recovering alcoholics that still go to bars but do not drink alcohol. He's still allowed to have a social life, you know...

We still don't know what he did to violate the substance abuse policy in the first place, right.  Or am I missing something?  So we don't even know what his history is.

Multiple DUI's anyone? Yes, you are missing something. He blew a .24 and driving on a road swerving completely hammered. Then had another issue shortly after that. And that DUI came after his other one while in college. He has a history. If you don't think so then you are sticking your head I'm the sand.

Yeah, these people are crazy for thinking a guy with a very long history already who was willing to throw millions of dollars away shouldn't be at a club when he is facing a year long suspension if he messes up again and ruining his entire NFL career. Just absurd.

The DUI is what got him INTO the substance abuse policy as far as I remember.  And yea, I didn't claim that he didn't have a history.

I'm not missing the issue. I disagree with the blanket statement that he shouldn't be in clubs, period. If he's not doing anything wrong and just having a good time, theres nothing wrong with that.
