The Jaguars want a pass rusher "badly" according to Peter King

#41

Quote:I said lack of production per the hype. I didn't say he made no plays. The hype still far exceeds the production. The way the hype has been going with Mack, you'd think he was a 20 QB sack guy all 4 years of SEC division football. Tackles, lol....teams can and do inflate those numbers, btw...its not an official stat.

Production per hype?  You mean like the hype that surrounds your favorite QB in this draft?  The guy you've labeled the best player in the 2014 NFL draft previously?  The same kind of hype that told us all how he was pretty much plug and play on day 1?  The guy who teams were tanking to draft?  That kind of hype?

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

In other news, unattached parasites want a host "badly" according to science.

Quote:Wrong, I used your words. If you have to go back over 6 months to get some of your "proof" then, it seems like you are the only one spinning & tapping here.

I didn't put a time frame on anything beyond lately.  I showed recent examples, and the floodgates just opened up providing more than a dozen more examples.  I could have posted more, but I think my point was made.

Now, feel free to put on a tutu and do whatever dance you need to do here to try to distract from the fact that you claimed one thing, were exposed by the truth, and now you're doing whatever you can to spin it.  It's what you do.  Nobody puts baby in a corner!

In that case we're talking about a quarterback....ya know....the most important position on the field...

Thats kinda more important than an average sized OLB that produced good but not exceptional QB sack numbers while also playing in a small school and overall weaker competition....

...just sayin

Quote:You want to use the small school excuse...ok I can buy that, You want to use the late hype...ok fine. But you can you the lack of production vs hype as an excuse. The kid had 100 tackles, 10.5 sacks a few picks. He did a little of everything and did it while fundamentaly sound.

He has all the makings of a great prospect. He could bust but hey anybody ever drafted could bust.
does forced fumbles all time count?

Hype is hype.  Bovine excrement is bovine excrement.  You're the queen of flinging it either way.

No. That's not in the equation for "production per hype"

Forced fumbles do count. ...wonder how many less he might have had had he played in the SEC.

Man, we really need relevant news. 'Analysts' are so out of stuff to talk about that they're writing blatantly obvious headlines. But that's usually how it goes in the last month of the draft..

How many TD's would Lebron have scored if he played football?

In other news, Jaguars likely to draft a college football player in the draft.  Analysts have been discussing the possibility that the Jaguars will draft a player that played Basketball, but sources close to the team have indicated there is no chance of that happening.  "Maybe an NBA player." joked our source.  "But we can't draft a college basketball player.  They're more likely to be drafted in the NBA Draft in June, and we don't have any picks in the NBA Draft."  When asked why the team has not acquired any picks in the 2014 NBA draft, our source declined to comment.  But analysts are saying that failure to get a premiere college basektball player -- perhaps from UCONN or Kansas, may lead the Jaguars to moving to London.  "It certainly won't help attendance issues." noted one analyst.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

While I agree with you that TMD says some pretty stupid things, this time you are the one who claimed on thing and were exposed by the truth. All I see you doing is slinging insults like he's a 13 year old girl, making fun of his band choices, wanting him to wear a dress etc..

Quote:I've noticed he's using hash tags quite a bit more lately like all the other 13 year old girls.

You say this......Why would you say this? TMD wasn't even the one who used a hash tag..Shack Del Rio used it. "he's using hash tags quite a bit more lately". You've given 3 examples of him using the hash tags since the start of the year....3 times in 4 months is a lot more lately?

Your point was not made, you simply tried to make a point where there wasn't one to be made. You had zero reason to even bring this attack on TMD he wasn't the one who used the hash tag (unless Shack is another account of his) you have been the one acting like a child with your insults on him. If you truly had a point you would state it...then drop it because you know you have already won. Instead...you insult him because in reality you lost.

I like Mack over clowney. Mack is more versatile and is a perfect fit for the Leo position in this defense. Has a better motor. You wanna talk about production to hype? Clowney is the most hyped player with the least production I have ever seen. He doesn't fit our defense, he doesn't give his all, lazy, out of shape.

Mack is a football player. Clowney is a hype machine celebrity.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Massage it as you must.  One search and I had more than a dozen examples in less than 5 minutes.  You are indeed as masculine as a 13 year old girl.  I'm betting you've got a Bieber and Timberlake poster on your wall in mom's basement, and possibly a One Direction tattoo honoring your favorite band.

I don't think a mod can use ignore.
