We need to stop signing/resigning non starter level talent hoping they will become it and start signing proven talent. Case and point Kirk is a WR2 sign him to be as much.

We always start well because those calls are scripted. Once those are done we don't know what to do.

I feel like we never run behind Scherff. Why sign an all pro Guard to not utilize their talents?

Complaining about the defense is to stop complaints about the qb. Somehow it's the defense's fault that Trevor is playing bad.

Maybe ask the Raiders. Maybe pay the money we paid to Kirk to a better player. There are plenty of bad teams year in and year out that sign top talent.
