I have faith in this team.
This is a very young team, Doug probably doesn't care about the record this season, he is just trying things and hope for improvements.

The Ridley trade shows that they have big hopes for next season.

Definitely. The arrow is pointing up. It's going to take a year or two sadly but this team is getting better. Dougs done a great job in a short time turning this team around. Feel we are at the start of a good road.
