I'm worried about having one of our big DTs go down, because as of this posting, we have no backups.  None.  Zero.   

I am predicting a floor of 6 wins, and a ceiling of 9.

I’m thinking between 6 and 9 wins too.

Saw something the other day that said we’ve had more than 6 wins just once in the last 11 years. Prettay prettay sad but I think the future is bright. If things break the right way (Trevor becomes elite and so does Walker), this team could be winning this division for the next 8 years.

Culture can't change overnight, loseing takes time to get over. Team might be better yes,but still not winners yet.  Your a loseing team until you prove otherwise.

ravens were arguably the toughest team we had left on our schedule, titans/cowboys are pretty good too but none of them are unbeatable as long as Trevor keeps playing like he has the past 3 weeks.

But, the Jags being the young team they are and just not used to winning, tend to get too excited after a big win and then lose their edge. I am hoping they realize this and have the mentality to NOT get blown out next week at Detroit

Should be a fun shoot out this Sunday in Detroit. We'll see how that one shakes out. True test comes when they face the tacks twice and the tinhorns on the road. That's where I want to see some dividends paid off. Especially defensively. They went all in with regards to stopping the run.

Our team is getting hot at the right time. Even the road loss to Kansas City wasn't too bad. We had a TD negated in that one. I think they could win out guys. No bull [BLEEP].

Im expecting us to lose by double digits, i expect Lawrence to contribute to at least 2 turnovers and continue playing like a poverty qb at least for the first few weeks. Hes not going to miraculously go from being awful to good overnight. If lawrence is to take that step and become a top tier qb id expect it to be closer to week 5 or 6.. onces hes adjusted to the new scheme and wrs.


But hey, im just hating as im sure someone will point out.. and when it happens exactly as iv said this post will be ignored

Realistically, I figure 6 wins would be the floor. I fully expect a few winnable losses early on. We have a lot of youth and a lot of newcomers to the roster. I have no idea what to expect from our kicking game. Or our running game.

I'm not focused on W and L as much this season, as long as we are seeing a team form into the nucleus upon which we can build in the next season or two. If we can keep games close, whether by keeping pace in a shootout or by strangling an opposing offense with steady defense, I have a feeling we can lean on some luck here and there to sneak away with a surprise win or two.

If we somehow get beyond 8 dubs this season, I don't see how anyone couldn't be ecstatic.
