That argument is as lame as saying a child molester lurking at a school is nothing. He can do the same at a bowling ally or restaurant...there are kids there as well. 

Which one would he raise more suspicion at? Also, perception, especially in his case, is reality to many.

No, Blackmon's history speaks for itself. Library? Straw man argument which you seem to have a lot of recently on this board. I didn't realize his only choices were club or library. He can do whatever he wants. So far his choices have lead to where he is at now.
