Emmanuel Sanders visited Jaguars signed with Denver/Manning in decline?

Who cares how much he got. You guys do realize there is a certain amount of money we need to spend. I am not spend all the way to the limit, but we need to spend to the minimum.....just saying.

i would rather see the money spent on the interior line than sanders, who i think is just another guy.

Is this report true? I haven't seen anything else about it
Shock the world
I feel like this isn't true.

Quote:I don't think pirk would lie about that though hahaAgreed, but that caller might have. IDK, I sure hope it's true. I think i've shown how much I like Em, but I feel like we would have heard something by now.
Quote:Agreed, but that caller might have. True. All we can do is wait
Shock the world
Seeing that it was a mod who posted it I thought it was true. Maybe it is. I'm sure he wouldn't knowingly post it if he didn't think it was true. As for the caller... I hope 1010xl wouldn't report something that a caller tells them. If they did, I think it would be fun to call up and tell them that nasa just found space monkeys on mars. And I googled space monkeys and it seems to check out.

Quote:Sucks. Nah, doesn't suck....he's just a guy anyway.....and another one of those "guys" that had -his- career year in a contract year.....not that -his- career year was all that special anyway. Sure, it's not like it's impossible to find a guy like that...but not every rookie pans out. Would rather get a sure thing in Sanders as well as pick up a rookie or two, which would be a strong possibility.

Would rather get a sure thing in Sanders as well as pick up a rookie or two, which would be a strong possibility. Except, its not a sure thing. Was Marcedes Lewis a "sure thing" after his contract year? No he went right back to being a non impact player as soon as he got paid. I could easily see Em Sanders reverting to his pre contract year production after he gets his new deal. He's not that good. I'd much rather choose someone else in FA, or draft a WR. Quote:Except, its not a sure thing. Was Marcedes Lewis a "sure thing" after his contract year? No he went right back to being a non impact player as soon as he got paid.Well nothing is a sure thing, but Caldwell and co. came out and said that they view Blackmon as a luxury and not a sure thing. I doubt we roll with Shorts, Sanders, and Brown at WR. Even if we added Em, it still would be unlikely we stand pat. Also, his pre-contract year production was when he was their 4th options pretty much behind Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, and Heath Miller.

Quote:He was their 4th option behind those players for a reason....Yeah, because Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown are both good receives (Wallace is overrated, but in his time with PIT he was very good). Quote:Per 1010xl Sanders will be signed pending a physical. Mmmmmmmm TMD tears will be delicious
Quote:Mmmmmmmm TMD tears will be delicious lol.....keep reading....he never signed, at least not yet. He's visiting Tampa today. |
