Our offense did what they needed to win a game in the rain. Would like to see more production next week.
Here we go again

NO matter what we have to be the tittans in two weeks. Then again in three weeks.

If Tennessee loses on Saturday, our game against Houston next week is meaningless. You’re like the 3rd guy that’s so sure he’s right and has no idea what he’s talking about regarding this. If that happens, all that matters is week 18 against the tacks.

The Jags have a nice winning streak going on right now after two impressive wins against the Titans and Cowboys and beating a team they should have beaten tonight. They are gaining steam at the right time and this team definitely seems more confident and more mature than they were earlier on. I heard Tony Gonzalez say that this is not a team that people want to meet if they make the playoffs. And I've heard other analysts say that as well lately. It's nice to see how much the Jags have improved and also see them get some respect in the national media. Next up playing and hopefully beating the Texans to get to .500 and hopefully the Titans as well to win the division. I believe that the Jags can beat both of these teams.
This team can win shoot-outs or gritty games I’m inclement weather. Doug Pederson is a godsend for this team.

We still have to be them in Week 18. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato
Commentators are tearing Wilson apart right now..... Brutal honesty.

We pretty much have to win out even if we tie the division this weekend and we win next week and and Titans lose to Dallas it still comes down to the last week because they have more divisional wins... If we tie the end of the season with the same record Titans have the tiebreaker our lost to Houston or Indy earlier in the season screwed us.... We pretty much have to win out... You can go through the scenarios here...http://www.espn.com/nfl/playoffs/machine Wrong go through the playoff machine that I showed you every scenario that I went through still comes down to the last week because of divisional wins.... I put the jags beating Texans...the Titans losing to the Texans and Dallas... It's still comes down to the last week if we lose against the Titans in week 17 we have the same exact record and they win because of more divisional wins....http://www.espn.com/nfl/playoffs/machine
Not gonna lie, I thought Trevor might have a bad game tonight—against Jets’ cbs, plus the rain. He did great.

I think you confused tacks and tinhorns from the initial post you responded to. And the final week of the season is week 18 not 17. We don’t have to beat houston if tacks lose a game. It comes down to the week 18 game against Tennessee for the division and a home playoff game. If tacks lose Saturday, the game against Houston for us next week is indisputably meaningless for us aside from needing to break their streak over us. Only week 18 matters. Do the math. If we lose to tinhorns but beat tacks we end up 8-9. If tacks lose to either to Houston or Dallas and also to us they also wind up 8-9. We win division on head to head tie breaker since we swept them in this scenario. |
