Even Dungy has called multiple penalties they committed and didn't get flagged on.

When the commentators openly comment on it multiple times, you know it's bad.

What's been with the refs tonight? These refs are worse than the ones they had for the Michigan playoff game, and they were awful. How many helmet to helmet penalties and PI could have been called in the first half and they weren't. It's hard to look good when you're being out coached and the refs aren't any good.
