With this current roster? None. I would go RG3 but his knees scare me.

Given this team is so early in the rebuilding process, saying the best QB's in the league like Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning would be a waste given they are on the tail end of their respective careers (at least Peyton is, Rodgers has a good 5-6 years of quality football left).  If Luck is off the table?  Nobody.  I'm taking Teddy.
