Obviously you only take the 5th if you have something to hide. Which would make it pointless.

I don't know about "grill", but I expect that, given his history, they will have a few questions about where he was coming from/going to, had he been to a bar, etc.. I'm sure they would like to know.if there were others with him who had they been drinking.

If so, they might feel he exercised poor judgement by putting himself in that situation. Then again, they might appreciate that he had been exposed to alcohol and made the right choice. Ultimately, the truth could prove that he has become more responsible and serve him far better than a deception.

The accident probably doesn't matter, but the circumstances surrounding his actions of that evening may matter very much to them.

No unregistered handgun on the front seat, bag of coke on the dash or illegal aliens in the trunk. There wasn't an outstanding warrant for my arrest and I hadn't just robbed a convenience store.

WOW...it must be the deadzone...17 pages on such a non issue...he was out at 3:30 AM...OMG lets castrate the man on the 6 o'clock news...he wasn't drunk...he wasn't high...who cares...he is hopefully turning a corner and will be ready for the regular season.
