Blackmon in car accident

Quote:nope, not with a dude that has MILLIONS on the line.  Have you never lived life where you needed to be safe?

Blackmon is dumb for putting himself in that position.

Party on.  But if a party is gonna get you in trouble, just party at your pad....  How difficult is that?

Apparently it's pretty hard for some dummies.  I don't care if he's sober or not.  He knows the line.  He just isn't smart enough to figure out how to be very far away from that line.

He was driving a car, exactly where does "partying" come into any of this...except in some peoples imaginations?

NEVER, Never I Say! Once their grubbly lil fat fingers are wrapped around the handle of that pitch fork and shovel they are destined to Bludgeon w/the fork while digging a hole w/the shovel... ALWAYS...

Quote:There's a lot of sanctimonious jerks chiming in here. We should be thankful Blackmon was not hurt, nobody else was hurt, and he was sober. Doesn't it say something positive that he was out late and yet remained sober?

No!  He was out at 3:00 AM, probably partying!  And even if he didn't get drunk, he shouldn't have been out partying! (Assuming that was what he was doing, not that we have any details)  But I'm going to assume he was partying, because that seems like a good idea.

Even if he's not drunk, he should just stay home!  Preferably all the time, when not playing football (which is pretty often) except between acceptable hours of 8:00 AM (earlier than that, and we might as well assume he stayed up all night!) and 9:00 PM.

The guy is a blemish on this franchise!  We should take what we can get for him because his tire popped.  Maybe a 5th rounder for our 5th pick in his 3rd year.. that sounds good.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Quote:I think so...but then I've been a total night owl my whole life! I love being out at that time of night/morning...and I'm no spring chicken!!

Being a night owl and going to chill places is one thing.  Getting into trouble is another thing.

The dude is dumb.  Don't care about what type of talent he has.  He's just dumb.

Yeah, great he's sober.  But he still decided to put himself into a position that isn't beneficial for his career.

I don't know Blackmon.  But I have a feeling he has nobody in his life that he respects.  I kinda feel sorry for him.  I've known alot of dudes just like him that can't figure out how to stay out of trouble.

Just hang out.  Just stay where you're at.  But Blackmon doesn't seem to be able to do that.  If trouble finds you on a consistent basis, it's not trouble that's at fault.

This is called Probable Cause. Cause they can arrest you w/out any Cause to arrest you...

Wow...you got all that from a 3:30am auto accident?

Yup.

Just get rid.  He's really not all that great, to be honest.  Find a dummy organization that will give us a 2nd round pick and get him out of here.

Quote:It's called resisting arrest w/o violence. And yes I did have to pay the court cost of an thrown out case...It was in Virginia which is one of the Worst states to be pulled over in. They thrive to dig in peoples pockets...

Not just for being pulled over, but being charged with any crime here.  Even when you are falsely accused.  Not even just by the police, but by random people.  It's pretty ridiculous up here, and I'd totally be up for moving if my wife didn't have tenure.  Sorry to hear that happened to you though.  Some of our police can be ridiculous.  (I got pulled over one time for going 2 mph over the speed limit, had to wind up going to court to fight it.)

No, I got that from his whole dang story.  It's gotten tiresome to me.  I'm ready to get him out of here.  He's not the Bradley type player anyways.  Do you think he's drinking the Gus Juice??

I don't.

Quote:Seems about right.

Another high round pick wasted.  Even if he wasn't doing anything wrong, being in the middle of a thing that looks wrong is a death knell.

I've talked mad smack about Blackmon.  I don't care what anyone says about him.  He's lazy.  He's weak minded.  And he has no idea how to deal with his talent.

How hard is it to just throw parties at your own pad?  It's not really that difficult...

I just hope this doesn't mean we're gonna waste a pick on a WR in early rounds.

The fact that you don't care of other's opinion and project your own to be Fact says it all...

Last I heard he didn't get into any trouble this morning. Thank god this didn't happen in the middle of the day. That tire could have taken a bunch of people out.

You're right! We should burn him at the stake...he's a lazy, disrespectful drunk any way!

Feel free to expand.  I'm not sure I understand exactly what  you mean.

I'm giving you my opinion.  I've said it before about Blackmon when he was suspended during the bye week.  I'm not a fan of this player.  And I'm not willing to give him the benefit of any doubt.

The dude had multiple opportunities.  He's failed multiple times.  He's got himself in trouble now.  Why would anyone think he should be entitled to some additional privilege?

Trade him.  Get him out of here.

Brother, you said it.  Looking at the lengths some of these posts go to try and prove a completely baseless point demonstrates to me how people get railroaded in the court systems.  Nothing but empty holier-than-thou speculation.  Geezus.
