This is exactly what I'm talking about when I get into it with the moderates on this board. They all want to pretend there is no agenda. Only "conspiracists" think such things... yet over and over, you see the same investors, buying up companies, and forcing them to comply with ESG, which is just a new form of corporate government designed to push policy that makes the investors richer, while removing any type of real individual power or identity from citizens. Moreover, I really believe this push to make men effeminate is not just some weird, sexual perversion (although that plays a role), but, rather, a business opportunity. Women drive 70-80% of all consumer purchasing in the US, either through their own buying power or their influence on others, according to a report by Inc.com. They shop for longer and more frequent durations than men. Men consume, too, but they demand better quality items, and show more discretion when making new purchases.

The thing is, how do you economically punish the Blackrocks and Vanguards for this sort of marketing? They play both sides of the aisle. Switch to another product and boom, they are most likely there as investors of some sort. The solution i suppose would be to seek out a funds company that doesn't have a woke agenda and put your money there. Otherwise, why would BR and Vanguard even care?

Just an observation on my part and an FYI.  I have been sitting at the bar in the United Club in Houston for an hour now.  Bud Light is not on tap (usually the free beer).  Coors Light is as well as Bud Heavy.  Thus farI have not seen a single poor of Bud.

It's going down the toilet bowl now for sure. I think their stock hit continues to rise as they were at a $6.5B loss as of yesterday or the day before. 

Not sure how much it really matters though if they're primarily backed by one of the world's, if not, the world's largest asset group in Blackrock. Blackrock has over $10T in assets. They have more money behind them than most countries do at the moment. 

In the grand scheme of things, Budweiser could fall off a cliff tomorrow and Blackrock won't skip a beat. They'll just flip their assets over to a new brand and company and allow them to use their old facilities, equipment, etc. 

It's pretty interesting and disturbing. They can push any narrative they want behind the scenes and still make out on top by playing both sides. While it's encouraging to see a lot of people voting with their dollars, it's also disheartening to see a ton of hardworking people potentially losing their jobs.

On March 14, Budweiser stock closed at $60.45.   As of this moment, pre-market, April 14, it will open at $64.34, which is a gain of over 5% for the last month.

I think in another month or two, this will all be forgotten, except for the executives at BUD, who will institute greater controls on how advertising gets approved.

I can't make a connection between BUD stock and Blackrock.  The largest investor in BUD is Dodge and Cox Stock fund, which owns 1.46%.  Only 6.3% of shares are owned by institutions.

I've thought the exact same thing since the big Tylenol case a couple of decades ago.  These things blow over.  I see it again and again, but I never have the nerve to jump in.

I went and looked at the BUD stock this morning, thinking maybe I could get a discount, but nothing's happening.  No discount.

Yes it is happening but generally only when they need to generate cash and take control of a company. All the fake shares that they are able to create for whatever they need help them control the price and the retail investors may never see a price movement.
