It'll just set them back. Jackson has yet to show he can stay healthy and he's also struggled in the post season. I don't fear him the way I would fear Mahomes, Burrow and very possibly our guy Lawrence if he chains together an even better season than 2022. Which he seems poised to do so in year two with Pederson and Ridley onboard.

Lamar has only been injured in these past 2 seasons and both injuries happened when he was inside of the pocket, not when he was running. That could happen to any QB in this league and it does every season. Hes been healthy more of his career than not.

I think it's irrelevant where he got hurt.  The fact that it takes away a huge part of his game...arguably the main part...makes him waaaaaaaay less effective.

I’m not worried about him going to the dolts. In a couple years, his playing speed will naturally decrease, and I doubt he’ll ever be a passer who can pick apart defenses without his running threat. Plus, he’s a big injury risk and a me first diva distraction.

I would much rather the clots roll out old man Rivers, old man Ryan, Carson Wentz or Jacoby Brisett than Lamar.

If they roll with Lamar, there's a good chance you'll be facing one of those dudes late in the season. Win, win!

Yup, he's a much more risk to get hurt as well with his style of play.  He isn't built like Cam or Tebow

Maybe not, but I was there too, and I distinctly remember him missing at least a couple wide open receivers...  And the all-time Ravens fan was sitting right in front of me - for some reason he felt the need to high-five me and my buddies every time either of our teams did anything; so annoying - he said Lamar misses wide open dudes A LOT!  No way we win if he hits a couple of those.

Granted, he missed a couple, but every QB misses from time to time. Even Trevor.

haha. This kind of thing annoys me too. I was watching the jags vs giants this season at a bar and had an annoying giant fan sit next to me when he had plenty of room to sit anywhere else. Then he starts wanting to talk about the game. I was nice and talked back, but In my head, I was like dude im trying to watch the game. I don’t even like my girlfriend talking to me during the game let alone another teams fan!

Lamar got a score of 15 out of 50 on his Wonderlic.  He should stay away from any documents that require any form of logical thought process.

He will have to pay a lawyer or he is really stupid.

He won't get an offer from another team because no one wants to give up 2 1st round picks and only sign him to a 2-3 year deal. The only offer he would get is a low ball offer and no way he agrees as the Ravens would match it. The Ravens have positioned themselves to set the market. Either he signs at their number or he plays the next 2 years on tags and hopes he doesn't get hurt.

Baltimore refusing to pay him like Watson is all you need to know about his value.  They retooled their entire offense to fit him, and he's supposedly this superstar QB that is the key to their success.  If that were the truth, he'd be getting what he wants.  He's not.

So he demanded a trade? I guess he needs to read how the tag works or ask his agent .... haha. So is he admitting he isn't worth 2 1st round picks? Does he realize the trade value is already set and he could be on another team today if they actually offered a contract?


I see him sitting and not playing after he screws this up. He'll complain like another QB that walked away from a contract because they thought they were worth more and then was out of the league because no one will pay them enough.

Nothing inherently wrong with operating without an agent and avoiding the 10-15% charge. Plenty of people have sold their house on their own. His problem is more the demand for guaranteed money and the fact that his injuries reduced his potential value. His terms are too rigid at this point.

Lamar wins.

Personally, I wish he'd moved to the NFC. We're stockpiling too many good QB's in the AFC. Makes it tougher.
